At Beck & Call Design, we stand behind the quality of our product and we will always attempt to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before being sent.

Your Order

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

With orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified with regards to when the order will be fulfilled subject to the availability of the product/s ordered. Exchange, a full refund or store credit will be available as an option.

Due to the specialty nature of products contained within this website and / or any order which is custom made to your specifications including but not limited to; fabric choice, size, colour or specifications is unable to be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

Delivery Policy

Delivery typically will take the working days stated subject to stock availability. Some items from time to time may take a little longer if goods are unavailable at time of ordering, if there is a small delay, Beck & Call Design will notify you of the situation. If your order has been shipped we cannot make changes.

Delivery costs

Beck & Call Design deliver all products with the standard delivery costs of your purchase.

Payments

Beck & Call Design accept payments thru PayPal®

Australian orders

Beck & Call Design use recognized couriers or Australia Post. Purchases generally will require a signature to accept delivery. If no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery your purchase will be returned to your local Post Office or courier depot and a notice will be left  for re-delivery or for you to collect at your convenience. Re-delivery to another address may incur a delivery charge.

If you require the item to be left without a signatory then you must notify us at the time of ordering granting us “Authority to leave” with any instructions such as where to leave the item or email us at info@beckandcalldesign.com.au

Please be aware Beck & Call Design cannot take responsibility for missing orders delivered to unattended premises.

International orders

We welcome International orders please contact Beck & Call Design so we can arrange an invoice/and shipping for you on info@beckandcalldesign.com.au

Returns and Exchanges

Incorrectly posted, faulty or damaged items must be notified to Beck & Call Design by e-mail within 3 days of receipt.  A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect or faulty items received.

Please note it is not the responsibility of Beck & Call Design if items are damaged from events such as willful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product, this may prevent a product being accepted for return.
